Welcome to theme day practice this week! Practice starts at 8:30 AM Monday at the high school stadium. The rest of the schedule is in Sports You, and the theme days are in the team chat.

Please have at least one parent attend the Annual Booster Meeting: Wednesday, August 13 at 7:00 PM (may arrive at 6:45 for check-in) at Montclair Neighborhood Pool- 1217 Sherbrook Dr. (at the end of the street). Juniors – Dessert, side dish or individually packaged snack for pool party & 1 box Fruit Snacks (for meet snacks)

Captains’ Practices will be this week on Tuesday and Thursday. Meet behind Al’s Cafe at 9:30am followed by a team breakfast (Tuesday @ Eat N’ Park & Thursday @ First Watch) and then head to lifting at 12:30. These are optional, student-led practices, open to all runners.

Update: due to circumstances beyond our control, the weight room rescheduled lifting this week to 10:30 AM Tuesday and Thursday, however, coaches have expressed that it is OK to miss lifting this week in favor of the run and breakfast.

Just a friendly reminder that the school has a $75 sports fee that each athlete must pay. This fee helps cover expenses like transportation, equipment and supplies. You can go to the following website to make the payment. https://uscsdathletics.com/main/otherad?contentID=55470862
