Athlete Registration!

Each athlete needs to complete these two steps ASAP!!

  1. Healthy Roster needs completed by tomorrow August 1st. This is mandatory to participate in the season. This deadline ensures the trainers will have ample time to review forms & provide the coaches with an accurate list of cleared for practice & competitions. This link from Athletics has info regarding Healthy Roster if you are unsure of the steps…  https://uscsdathletics.com/main/otherad?contentID=55470857  You can also reach out to our USC Athletics Trainers if you need further assistance regarding Healthy Roster support submission. Not turning in forms, incomplete forms, & missing the deadline means you will not be cleared to be a part of the XC team when the season officially starts 8/12/24 at 8:30am on the high school track. NO CONCUSSION BASELINE TEST is needed for XC athletes- so don’t worry if you didn’t do one yet- Per our trainers: As we are short staffed, we are only testing contact sports for concussion. XC is NOT considered a contact sport. Thx in advance for your help with meeting these deadlines.
  2. Register your athlete on our website at this link: https://usccrosscountry.com/booster-registration/ We need a complete list of athletes that will be participating in Cross Country.

Healthy Roster Needs to be completed  (which includes doctors physical). This needs to be completed no later than 8/9/24. This ensures USC Athletics Trainers will have enough time to review & ok you to be on approved to practice list  The sooner you submit Healthy Roster forms online, the quicker the trainers can review your status for Day 1 of Official Day XC Practice.

Please don’t wait to complete these mandatory forms.  Day 1 of official practice is Monday 8/12/24 at high school track start line at 8:30am.  Not on the approved list means you will be sent home & can’t be at practice or on the XC Team. No athlete can participate once the season officially starts until this is completed and accepted by the athletic trainers.  Healthy Roster Information
