Captains’ Practices will be this week on Tuesday and Thursday. Meet behind Al’s Cafe at 9:30am followed by a team breakfast (Tuesday @ Eat N’ Park & Thursday @ First Watch) and then head to lifting at 12:30. These are optional, student-led practices, open to all runners.
Update: due to circumstances beyond our control, the weight room rescheduled lifting this week to 10:30 AM Tuesday and Thursday, however, coaches have expressed that it is OK to miss lifting this week in favor of the run and breakfast.
